Local Car Dealership CEO says money isn't enough to fix problem

Customers are what's lacking and what's sending the heads of three major US automakers plead their case on capitol hill for a government bailout. But neither the automakers, lawmakers or lawyers deal directly with the customer on a daily basis so we went to those that do: Car Dealerships. We asked President and CEO of the Phil Long Dealerships Jay Cimino where he thinks the problems and solutions to this crisis lie.
