COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — Looking for some healthy foods to complement your workout?

Registered dietician Charlene Wang shares healthy eating tips for your workout, from recommendations on workout snacks to tips for those getting back into shape this spring.

Here are some of the recipes for the delicious treats seen in the segment that you can try at home!

Lemon Tumeric Energy Balls (vegan, gluten free)

  • 1 tsp lemon, zest
  • 12 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup oats, old-fashioned gluten-free
  • 1 tsp turmeric, ground
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup coconut

Raspberry Balls

  • 1/2 cup raspberries, frozen
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 2 cup (56g) cups Almond flour
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup designated coconut, unsweetened

Chia Protein Balls

  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 tbsp hemp protein powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Protein Smoothie

  • GOL Sports powder
  • Strawberries
  • Spinach
  • Almond milk
  • Banana
  • Beets
