Officials identify double homicide victims found dead near PPIR

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office is investigating what they say is a double homicide after the bodies of two teenagers were found on the side of a road near Pikes Peak International Raceway Sunday morning.

Officials say three witnesses who live in the area reported finding the bodies of 15-year-old Derek Benjamin Greer and 16-year-old Natalie Partida around 8:45 a.m. near Old Pueblo and Hanover Roads.

The manner of death has been ruled a homicide, according to the Sheriff’s Office.

There is no suspect information at this time.
