Local Sales Assistant

The local Sales Assistant position is a very detail oriented position requiring strong written/oral communication skills.  Responsibilities include: Creation of PowerPoint presentations, database management, sales report maintenance.  It is very important to work well with the team of Account Executives/Management, and assist with support on local and national business.

Essential experience:

  • 2 years work experience holding a full-time job

Preferred experience:

  • Job experience communicating regularly with the public or clients


  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Attention to detail maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to multi-task while meeting strict deadlines
  • Comfort level with developing and maintaining client relationships
  • Takes initiative and is proactive
