PUEBLO, Colo. — A man who was in jail for unrelated crimes is now facing charges for a 2014 homicide in Pueblo.
Police said Anthony Ramos, 29, is charged with second-degree murder.
The shooting happened on September 11, 2014, at the Pixie Inn on South Santa Fe Avenue. The victim was 49-year-old Ray Castro.
Police said the homicide was investigated at the time, but the case went cold. New information allowed them to gather evidence to arrest Ramos.
