Candy Corn Popsicles

Servings: 4 Large or 6 small

Ingredients:

1 1/4 cups Full Fat Canned Coconut Milk

2 3/4 cups Frozen Mango Thawed

6 oz carrot juice ( homemade or store bought preferably organic)

2 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

4-6 drops liquid pure stevia

1/4 tsp Ground Turmeric

 

First Layer White:

1/4 Cup Full Fat Coconut Milk

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

2-3 drops liquid stevia

 

Second Layer Orange: 

6 oz Carrot Juice

3/4 Cup Frozen Mango Thawed

1/4 cup Full fat Coconut Milk

1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

1 drop Liquid Stevia

 

Third Layer Yellow:  

1 1/2 Cups Frozen Mango thawed

1/4 Cup Full fat Coconut Milk

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

1/8-1/4 tsp Liquid Stevia

Splash of Carrot Juice

Directions:

  1. In a blender add all the ingredients for first layer. Blend well then add to the bottom of each popsicle holder. Put the popsicle holder in the freezer for 30-40
  2. Blend all the ingredients for the second layer in blender and pour on top of first layer. Then put back into freezer again this time for a little longer 45-50 min.
  3. Finally blend all the ingredients for the third layer and once again pour on top of last layer then place holder sticks and place again in freezer until popsicles are completely frozen through approximately 4 hours or overnight

Frankenstein Teeth

Ingredients:

Green Apples

Almond Butter

Shelled Pumpkin Seeds

Directions:

  1. Slice an apple
  2. Take 2 slices of apple and spread a layer of almond butter on one side of each apple slice.
  3. Press both slices together and press pumpkin seeds into the almond butter for teeth.

Spider Deviled Eggs

Servings: 12 halves

Ingredients:

6 Hard boiled eggs preferable pastured eggs

3 TBSP Avocado Oil Based Mayo such as Primal Kitchen Brand (DO NOT use regular mayo full of harmful fats)

1 TBSP Dill Relish

2 Tsp Yellow Mustard

12 Small Black Olives

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl add the yolks of the eggs along with the rest of the ingredients except for the olives. Smash all ingredients together to completely mix the filling.
  2. Fill each egg white half with the filling.
  3. Cut one olive place one half of the olive in the middle of the egg for the spider body then thinly slice the other half for legs and place 2-3 legs on each side of the body.
