Former Colorado College student arrested in connection with on-campus crimes

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — A former Colorado College student has been arrested on suspicion of on-campus incidents including indecent exposure and criminal mischief after he called for medical assistance Tuesday morning, police said.

According to authorities, 22-year-old Henry Cohen committed the crimes on campus Monday, October 10.

Medical officials responded to a home in the 1200 block of North Nevada Avenue shortly after 11 a.m.

Police say Cohen was uncooperative with medical personnel, pulling his IV out and retreating back into his residence.

He also began to throw items out of a window and play loud music.

Police say Cohen refused to come out of the home to speak to police and shouted profanities at them.

Officers were executing a search warrant when Cohen came outside the home.

He was taken into custody and appeared to be under the influence of drugs, police said.

He was taken by ambulance to Memorial Hospital and will later be booked into the Criminal Justice Center.
