How to help people affected by the Beulah Hill Fire

BEULAH, Colo. — Seven structures have been destroyed and hundreds more have been evacuated by the Beulah Hill Fire. Here’s how you can help.

The Red Cross is collecting items to help those evacuated. If you’d like to donate, call 719-583-4662.

The Pueblo County Sheriff’s Office is asking that monetary donations be given to the Pueblo United Way at . Specify “Beulah Fire Fund.”

The Community Animal Resource Team-Large Animal Division is asking for donations of hay–either grass or alfalfa. Donations can be delivered to the horse arena at the Colorado State Fairgrounds.

The Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region is accepting monetary donations to help evacuated pets. In-kind donations are not needed at this time. Donate at .

The Steel City Alley Cats Coalition is collecting food for evacuated pets. Volunteers will pick up donated items. Call 719-582-1043 to donate.
