Police looking for suspects after shots fired during robbery attempt in Pueblo

PUEBLO, Colo. — A robbery suspect shot at the owner of a car he was trying to steal Sunday afternoon, according to police.

Police said it happened just after 3 p.m. in a parking lot on Carlee Drive in Pueblo. The victim found two men trying to steal his car, which was parked and unoccupied. When the owner chased the suspects across the parking lot, one of the suspects turned around and fired shots at him.

The suspects got into a car and left before officers arrived. The car is described as a white two-door Acura with a black hood, black trunk, and black spoiler.
