Two arrested after being spotted in stolen car in Taco Bell drive-thru

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — Two people were arrested after police spotted them in a stolen car in a Taco Bell drive-thru Friday afternoon.

Police said around 3 p.m., they got a report about a stolen car at Ace Loans on South Nevada Avenue. When officers arrived, they saw the car in the drive-thru of the nearby Taco Bell.

Police pulled the car over and found five people inside. Two of them, Dominic Earl Hall and Jalyna Allen, had a total of nine outstanding warrants, according to police. They were arrested.

Officers searched the car and found a stolen handgun, counterfeit money, 104 grams of meth, 26.9 grams of trazodone, and 10 grams of morphine. They also found several items that they believe were stolen.

Police said their investigation is ongoing.
