Several chemical bottle bombs found at Cottonwood Park

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — Police are investigating a bomb scare at Cottonwood Park late Saturday night.
It happened around 11:30 p.m. in the park located near Dublin Boulevard and Rangewood Drive.
Officers responded to what was initially a report of shots fired, but upon arrival they discovered several chemical bottle bombs throughout the parking lot that had detonated.
Officers checked the park and found several more devices that had not yet exploded.
Bomb squad and Colorado Springs Fire Department Hazmat responded to dispose of the bombs.
Police say there are no suspects in custody; the investigation is ongoing.
