Public meeting scheduled to discuss PFCs found in Security, Widefield, and Fountain water

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — Several government agencies are hosting a public meeting to address residents’ concerns about PFCs found in water in Security, Widefield, and Fountain.

Who/What: U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, U.S. Air Force, El Paso County Public Health, and representatives of public water systems in Security, Widefield, and Fountain will be available to give information about drinking water and answer questions from residents.

When: Thursday, July 7 from 6-8 p.m.
