One suspect arrested, another still wanted after Colorado Springs gas station robbery

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — One suspect has been arrested and another is still wanted after a gas station robbery in Colorado Springs Friday afternoon.

Police said the robbery happened around 12:15 p.m. at the Phillips 66 on North Circle Drive just north of Galley Road. Two men went into the store and took items without paying for them. When a clerk confronted them, one of the suspects eluded to having a weapon, but did not show one. The suspects then left the store.

Police caught up to the suspects’ vehicle in the area of Platte Avenue and Wahsatch Avenue. The two men tried to run. Police caught one, identified as Warren Davis, but were unable to find the other.

Police said no one was injured in the incident. The stolen property was returned to the owner.
