TCF Bank and CSPD hosting holiday event Saturday

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — On Dec. 12 the Colorado Springs Police Department and TCF Bank are hosting a special event to help brighten the holidays for many families.

The event, located at 4430 N. Academy Blvd, is free and open to the public and will include free professional photos with Santa, free lunch, hot cocoa and cookies.

CSPD and TCF Bank will also be collecting toys and gifts during the event, which they will later deliver to struggling families in the area.

All eight TCF Bank branches in Colorado Springs, five CSPD police stations/substations and the Teens With Promises resale boutique will serve as toy collection sites as well. Residents can donate new, unwrapped toys and gifts for children and teens at these locations.
