El Paso County needs help identifying suspect

EL PASO COUNTY, Colo. — The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help identifying a suspect in a credit card fraud case.

According to police, between Oct. 28 at 6:45 p.m. and Oct. 29 at 6:50 a.m. an unknown suspect entered an unlocked truck parked in the 600 block of Fay Drive in Widefield. The suspect stole a wallet containing multiple credit cards.

The stolen cards were used at Sears, Burger King, Walgreens, Lowes and paid a phone bill in Alabama.

The suspect is a white female, possibly in her 20s. She has long, dark hair, is possibly pregnant and was last seen wearing a red “Abercrombie NYC” hooded sweatshirt, dark pants and sneakers.
