COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — A man is facing vehicular assault charges in connection with a rollover crash that injured three people early Thursday morning.

Police said the crash happened around 2 a.m. in the 7100-block of Stetson Hills Boulevard, near the intersection with Peterson Road. A Ford Ranger left the road and rolled over, ejecting two occupants and trapping two others.

The driver, 26-year-old Blake Malcolm, was arrested on DUI and vehicular assault charges, according to police.

One passenger, a 22-year-old man, was hospitalized with serious injuries. Two other passengers, a 26-year-old woman and a 29-year-old woman, were both hospitalized with less serious injuries.
