Restaurant chain hiring 200 people for Colorado Springs location

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — A national restaurant chain is hiring 200 people for a new location in Colorado Springs.

Bubba’s 33, a restaurant concept owned by Texas Roadhouse, is opening August 17 at the intersection of Constitution Avenue and Powers Boulevard in eastern Colorado Springs.

A spokeswoman said the restaurant will employ a staff of 200 people. They’re now hiring for all full- and part-time positions, including pizza makers, meat cutters, hosts, servers, and bartenders. Those interested in employment can stop by the hiring trailer located behind the restaurant at 5807 Constitution Avenue from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.

The sports-themed restaurant boasts stone-baked pizza, fresh-ground burgers, and more TVs than tables.

The Colorado Springs location is the seventh Bubba’s 33 in the nation. The first one opened in 2013 in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
