COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Police say they are searching for suspects who were involved in a road rage confrontation late Saturday evening.

According to investigators, officers responded to the area of Constitution Avenue and N. Academy Boulevard after receiving reports of a road rage disturbance.

Officers were informed that there were two vehicles involved.

A suspect in one vehicle allegedly pulled out a gun and pointed it at the victims in the other vehicle involved.

Police say before they could respond to the scene, the suspects took off.

Shortly after the road rage incident, police responded to reports of a hit and run accident in the 2000 block of Essex Lane, a few blocks away from the original disturbance.

During the investigation, police determined that the suspect’s vehicle had fled into a nearby neighborhood and crashed into a home.

Passengers of the suspect vehicle were seen fleeing the scene on foot, according to investigators.

Thankfully, the residents of the home were not injured.

Police say the suspects remain at-large and the investigation is on-going.
