Two arrested in connection with burglary of murder-suicide victims’ home

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — Police have arrested two of the people accused of burglarizing the home of Colorado Springs murder-suicide victims.

Cassandra Marshall, 23, and Jonathan Mazzella, 23, were arrested around 10 p.m. Wednesday at a home in the 4500-block of Dewey Drive.

Marshall and Mazzella are accused of burglarizing the home of Corrinne Munger and Bruce Munger, who were found dead April 3. Police said the husband and wife died in a murder-suicide.

A family member told police that while the home was vacant, someone had broken in and stolen several items.

Eugene Mathew Griffin, 39, is still wanted in connection with the burglary. Anyone with information on Griffin’s whereabouts is asked to call Colorado Springs police at 719-444-7000. Anyone with information about the crime itself is asked to call Detective Garcia at 719-444-3121.
