COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — A man has been charged with two counts of aggravated robbery in connection with two robberies of a Metro PCS store earlier this month.

The Colorado Springs Police Department said the store at 4343 Airport Road was robbed at gunpoint on March 20, and again on March 23. Police determined the same man likely committed both robberies. Police identified the suspect, and later got word that he had been arrested and was in jail on unrelated charges.

The suspect, 21-year-old Rodney L. Williams-Freeman, is now charged with two counts of aggravated robbery, in addition to the original unrelated charges.
