Dozens of flood victims still can’t move home

Dozens of Boulder County residents say they still can’t move home more than a year after historic flooding swept through Colorado.

Boulder county transportation officials say they can’t issue permits for some private bridges yet because many roads still need to be permanently repaired.

According to KUSA-TV, about 35 out of 76 people are still waiting.

Boulder County officials say the majority of roads like Lower Four Mile Canyon and Lower Lefthand Canyon are expected to be done by next summer. The rest of the roads are expected to be complete by early 2016.
