The man who was shot Saturday morning in Pueblo has died and now the teen accused of pulling the trigger may face steeper charges, according to police.

Thirty-seven-year-old Clinton Miller died after he was taken to a Denver hospital following the shooting.

It was Saturday morning at about 10 when police said an argument about a vehicle turned into a shooting at a home in the 600-block of Jackson Street.

The suspect was identified as a 17-year-old boy. He was charged with Second Degree Assault and Discharge of a Firearm.

Police said Monday morning that those charges may be changing, pending further review by the District Attorney’s Office.
