She’s suspected in the slaying of 61-year-old Grant Frazier. Frazier was last seen Feb. 16, and police say Rogers was with him. His body was found this week in Newton, Iowa.
Iowa court documents filed in August 2012 list her home address as an apartment complex in Iowa City. Other documents say she was working at an Iowa City fast-food restaurant.
